As a Structured Power Trader, you will play a critical role in driving profitability within the APAC Power desk by developing energy derivatives trading flow and structured business. You will leverage your deep industry networks, analytical skills, and creativity to structure complex transactions and contribute to Axpo’s commercial success in power, gas, LNG, and oil markets.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and manage energy derivatives trading flow with counterparties in Japan and Australia
- Structure bespoke transactions, leading financial analysis, risk assessment, and negotiations
- Execute contracts, lead due diligence, and coordinate with Front desk and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies during trade execution
- Build strong commercial networks within the APAC energy industry and promote Axpo at conferences

**What you bring & who you are**:

- University degree in business, finance, economics, or an energy-related field
- 7-10 years of experience in energy derivatives trading, ideally in APAC markets
- Proven ability to structure and transact energy derivatives, with physical products as a plus
- Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, with Japanese being an advantage
