**Key Responsibilities**

The incumbent will:

- Manage software development projects from design to implementation for new automation/data collection systems and expansion to existing systems
- Provide directions to system integrators in scope and standard of deliverables
- Work closely with system owners, with design team, with SI and all stakeholders
- Review designs for process automation systems in a batch chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Enforce system standards on automation systems and ensure business requirements & operational functionalities are met
- Monitor progress and drive delivery of projects
- Mentor and train less experienced automation engineers

**Requirements**:

- Prerequisite: Min. 15 years experience in DeltaV Batch
- Degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact across functional teams at multiple levels within the organization
- Must be proactive, have experience working in high performance teams, strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with DeltaV Batch
- Excellent attention to detail and working knowledge of FDA Regulations/Guidance, and Good Manufacturing Practices
