**About the Role**

**As the Assistant Principal Engineer (Digitalisation & Automation), you will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from concept through to execution while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.**
- **Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery and meeting business goals.**:

**Job Requirements**:

- **Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role within a technology-driven environment.**:

- **Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.**:
