
Service Appointment Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a **Service Appointment Coordinator**. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service appointments for our taxi fleet for both Changi and Woodlands taxi workshop to ensure timely maintenance, compliance with inspection schedules, and mínimal vehicle downtime.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner front desk receptionist to coordinate and schedule regular servicing appointments for taxi fleet.
- Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to ensure appointments are properly arranged.
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
- Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient workshop capacity planning.
- Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
- Handle taxi partners on inquiries and provide updates on appointment schedules.
- Assist in generating service performance and fleet maintenance reports when required.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet maintenance, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm and Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am - 12.30pm
