**Assistant Finance Manager** to support our growth
We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in financial report group consolidation of various regions
- Assist in compiling of group reporting package
- Consolidate financial data such as budgets, income statement and forecasts
- Perform trends analysis and variance analysis
- Developing financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Coordinating group’s annual budget process and keep tracking the progress towards our targets; recommend necessary actions to regional management
- Support management’s financial strategy by providing financial insights, proposing improvements on budgets
- Assist with audits, including internal and external audits
- To liaise with Bankers for banking related matters
- Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years’ of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
- Expertise in statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Expertise in presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Expertise in Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy
- Advanced Microsoft skills is required
- Experience in Xero is an advantage
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Organised and detailed oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
