Specific Responsibilities, Individual to be involved in:
1. Understanding organisation's business vision, mission, operation workflow, products, services, local and overseas suppliers. Trainee will also be guided on cashier duties and operating organisation's CRM system on stock taking, not limiting to employee relations. Trainee will be able to take initiative to identify and give accurate recommendations to customers when required, not limted to handling fussy customers. checking on stocks before billing.
2. Developing a thorough knowledge on products in Chew Fatt Fashion. Ensuring that all products, display materials and relevant information reach the team on a timely and efficient manner. This will result in excellent implementation of the retail calendar. Trainee will be able to tell how much stocks is left in inventory, and when to call for required top up in stocks.
3. Understanding the trends and customer preferences, not limiting to adjust in stocks, gathering survey feedbacks from customers and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business's sales and report to himself weekly.
4. Coming up with ideas on increasing customer loyalty plan, eg. voucher cards and stamps. training him/her on taking photos of our products to promote products or services in the retail store, not limiting to utilising it for future brouchures and products review for customers. To develop and execute relationship management, generate creativity promotions, and inprove on communications.
5. Reviewing new stocks before purchasing, negotiate on bulk payment fees with existing vendors and customers, not limiting to new vendors and new suppliers and submitting the following results to himself on every updates. Trainee will be able to source for better quality of fabrics and brands of products with the relationship built with exisitng vendors and suppliers. Trainee will be able to train new staff on existing products and the duties of being an retail assistant during business expansion (if any).
Technical SKills & Competence:
1. To build strong understaing on company's history, products, contracts, digital systems, procedures with suppliers, engagement with customers and daily store operations. To be able to perform verbal communication skills on design and which suits best on customers
2. Manage and execute well the day-to-day operations, which includes planning and executing workflows
3. To have research and stratergies. Compare and complie customer preferences, build people relationship skills with existing vendors and customers.
4. To develop and execute relationship management, generate creativity promotions, communications and ideas.
5. To supervise all activities pertaining to business development. Have strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, business intelligence, and networking.
Duration:
6 Months Full time position with no CPF Contributions.
