You will be the custodian of the PRecious brand across the region by planning and executing our brand awareness as well as sales and lead generating efforts in a digital-first environment. **Do note that you will be working remotely on a local market.**
- Responsible for master marketing strategy and strategy audits
- Develop and implement integrated digital and marketing strategies to drive growth and demand generation
- Create relevant data-driven campaigns to achieve user acquisition and demand generation within the target audience
- Conceptualize and execute digital marketing activities including webinars and podcasts
- Spearhead content development and creation for press releases, bylines, landing pages and monthly newsletters
- Create social posts on various platforms; company website, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Knowledge in SEO/SEM and media buy
- Create media and event opportunities
- Run Client Satisfaction Survey twice a year
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Work closely with internal teams or vendors to implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI
- Work with Sales and Marketing team to implement flawless processes and marketing automation tools to track and assess the quality of acquired leads and clients
- Keep ahead of new and innovative digital best practices and online technologies
- Support the execution of regional marketing calendars, roadmaps and campaigns to ensure they are locally relevant
- Use digital and social media analytics to derive valuable insights
- Lead our successful industry award identification and submission strategy
- Support business development efforts and client projects that require integrated marketing services
- Manage the marketing budget
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
