**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Customer Engagement**
Welcome walk-in customers and build strong rapport through personalized consultations
Understand individual lifestyles and needs to offer tailored design recommendations
- **Product & Design Expertise**
Advise on a range of furniture, layouts, and accessories with confidence and accuracy
Stay updated with current interior trends to provide stylish yet practical suggestions
- **Sales Performance**
Drive showroom sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- **Visual Merchandising**
Keep showroom displays attractive, organized, and aligned with seasonal trends
Collaborate with the team to refresh layouts and highlight key pieces
- **Retail Operations**
Handle POS transactions, restocking, and contribute to overall store cleanliness and upkeep

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Retail sales experience, preferably in **furniture, interior design**, or **home & living sectors**:

- Confident communicator with a passion for helping people transform their spaces
- Results-oriented mindset with a natural flair for aesthetics and style
- Willingness to work **weekends and public holidays**(retail roster-based)
