**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Implementation**:Develop and deploy OpenText xECM solutions, including content migration strategies and Smart UI configurations.
- **System Integration**:Integrate xECM with SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
- **Customization**:Configure and customize workflows, templates, and UI components to meet business-specific requirements.
- **Technical Support**:Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and workflow diagrams.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ECM solutions.
- **Project Execution**:Lead or support planning and execution of ECM-related upgrades, rollouts, and change initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with **OpenText xECM**, **Content Server**, and **Archive Center**.
- Experience integrating xECM with **SAP**and **Microsoft 365/SharePoint**.
- Strong understanding of **ECM principles**, **records management**, and compliance requirements.
- Technical proficiency in **Smart UI**, **scripting (e.g., OS scripts)**, and web-based reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with **project management methodologies**and full project life cycles.
