Indirect Procurement Executive position reports to both Head of Finance and Head of Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Supplier Management, Supplier Selection, Supplier Negotiation, Administrative Duties
- Lead, co-ordinate, facilitate and manage indirect procurement processes - sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, vendor management etc
- Lead strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes
- Assist in developing the procurement framework for APAC region
- Manage indirect spend for the APAC region and drive for cost reduction initiatives, promote sustainable sourcing and continuous business processes improvement through standardisation and automation
- Set up preferred vendor list, and categorize the activities for indirect procurement
- Manage supplier relationship
- Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies through effective communication and relationship building with internal customers
- Engage with all key stakeholders to deliver added value products and services
- To drive standardized ways of working across the various purchasing teams
- Ensuring timely conversion of Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) for Evident Singapore
