Role and purpose
- Responsible for leading APAC regional indirect teams and adheres to procurement framework, governance set and company strategy to ensure business and operational demand such as technical material and service, logistics, utilities and business service under Global & Regional procurement network.

  • Coordinate and direct Asian purchasing organization in each production site to work together by sharing information and expertise to maximize synergy & improve cost structure.
  • Interact with other APAC sites and any JV companies to maximize synergy in between and improve purchasing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement of indirect spends – MRO, Utilities, ICT, Services and Green energy

• Develop sourcing and contracting strategy

• Secure multiple suppliers by sourcing strategy

• Develop sustainable competitive advantage to achieve cost leadership
