Finance Director Apac

**Position Title: Director, Finance (APAC)**

**Location: Singapore, SG**

**The role**

**What you’ll do**
- Be the lead finance business partner for the APAC executive team to deliver consistent, accurate and insightful communications on business performance and financial results
- Provide financial support for strategic and commercial decisions, challenging assumptions and making recommendations through value-add analysis, insights and analytics
- Building and developing a high-performance APAC wide FP&A function
- Developing and owning a world class budgeting and forecasting model and approach
- Work with portfolio management to assess portfolio and asset-level reporting, profitability and forecasting/budgeting
- Oversight and responsibility for data governance process within APAC
- Supporting implementation and roll-out of new finance systems
- Collaborate with various teams across disciplines including operations, portfolio management, sustainability, legal, engineering and sales to problem solve and maximise business efficiency
- Facilitate and oversee quarterly reforecasts and long-range planning
- Responsible for statistical analysis required to support external reporting
- Work with Digital Realty’s Investments Team as required to provide support on dispositions and acquisitions

**What you’ll need**
- Chartered Accountant or a CFA qualification
- Minimum of 10 years+ experience in a similar FP&A role in a listed entity, ideally with experience in external reporting requirements
- Perceptive, self-starter, able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attentive to detail
- Strong organizational skills. Able to multi-task, meet stringent deadlines
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, flexible and adaptable to change
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages desirable
