**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that takes care of all finance and procurement (F&P) controls governing the day-to-day activities of SID's internal stakeholders. You will also develop F&P competency frameworks and conduct training for SID's F&P officers.

**What you will be working on**
- Conduct comprehensive F&P compliance checks to ensure that controls are aligned with established policies and standards
- Ensure robust fiscal governance among SID's internal stakeholders
- Develop SID's F&P competency frameworks and implement training programmes for SID's F&P officers

If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:

- Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
- Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
- Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
- Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential

What you will gain:
