In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the logistics operations pertaining to the trading of scientific equipment, manufacturing of chemicals, and distribution of laboratory consumables. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
- Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing warehouse storage.
- Supervise the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate contracts and arrange transportation.
- Monitor logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Ensure logistics activities adhere to legal and environmental regulations.
- Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize routes and loads.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.

Tools and Equipment:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Experience with specialized logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Familiarity with the operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of handling and maintenance of company vehicles, if required.
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements for handling chemicals and scientific equipment.
