We provide our clients with the deepest understanding of audiences—and we can't do that without our Panel Recruitment and Field Operations teams. They work in-person to build important connections with current panelists, who provide the vital data that powers businesses, and recruit new panelists.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Nielsen Media Data Acquisition team is currently looking for a Field Interviewer. This position requires going out on the field to recruit/interview respondents/households as per project requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Interview Household/Individual: Recruit and conduct face-to-face interviews with randomly selected household respondents.
- Field Reporting: By working closely with the Team Leader to update field results on a regular basis to ensure suitable households are recruited.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Previous recruiting/interviewing experience (face-to-face/survey-related communication) is preferred.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Be able to overcome objections by using influencing skills and techniques thus maximizing potential Nielsen respondent participation.
- Be passionate and persuasive.
- Be open to flexible working hours (willing to work evenings and weekends (if required) and willing to work 5-6 days a week
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan
- Have attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of survey data collected
- May perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Require to report to Field office every 2 weeks
- Knowledgeable to handle mobile devices/electronic tablets
- Preferably staying in the East or Central region
