**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform data analytics visioning and road-mapping, business case development and implementation planning
- Identify data necessary and appropriate technology to solve business challenges identified
- Perform data cleaning, pre-processing and feature engineering that facilitates meaningful analysis
- Write production-quality code to build models and work with IT and other teams to deploy them in production dashboards or into working pipelines
- Working closely with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions
- Advise stakeholders on the best practices in data analytics, assess applicability for adoption and recommend solution that best fits stakeholders’ needs
- Design dashboards and management reports to present analytics insights to business users and stakeholders

**Job Requirement**
- Degree/Masters in any relevant discipline, business analytics discipline preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Understand key concepts, techniques and considerations in Data Analytics & Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in data frameworks and tools (SQL, R or Excel) and programming languages (Python)
- Visualize and communicate findings and data insights to various stakeholders in a coherent and logical manner
- Keen on data technologies and picking up new skills and tools along the way
- Strong critical thinking and ability to frame issues in a logical manner
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
