Data Scientist

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning models or algorithms to solve real estate related problems
- Optimise or design and build new framework and automation tools to enable teams to consume and understand data faster
- Support various stakeholders by proposing and implementing data science models to extract insights

**Key skills & qualifications required**:

- Solid knowledge in statistical analysis and machine learning models
- Proficient in Python
- MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) is preferred
- Expertise in computer vision and natural language processing is a plus
- Experience with Big Data (Spark, Hadoop/Hive) and real-time analytics is a plus

- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to learn new knowledge and explore unfamiliar domains
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years data-science related work experience for senior data scientists
