**Position: Test Manager**
**Employment Type: 1-year Agency Contract (Highly Renewable)**
**Location: Ang Mo Kio**
**Mode of work: Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, implement, and manage the overall test strategy, including the creation of Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and comprehensive Test Plans.
- Plan and oversee the execution of testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Mock Runs, and Production Implementation.
- Utilize 8-10 years of testing experience to lead and coordinate various testing activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Possess strong functional domain experience in Trade for Banking, with a focus on Technical, Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing.
- Lead and manage respective test teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Act as a liaison between the Business and Development teams, addressing queries, clarifications, and ensuring effective communication throughout the testing process.
- Take responsibility for running defect triage calls, facilitating discussions to prioritize and address identified issues.
- Demonstrate expertise in delivery models such as Agile (Scrum and Kanban), adapting testing processes to align with agile principles.
- Maintain awareness of Tech Stack suite advancements, incorporating relevant technologies into the testing process.

Job Requirements:

- University Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- 8 years of hands-on testing experience in Test Management.
- Proven experience in defining RTM, Test Strategy, Test Plans, and overseeing Test Execution.
- Strong functional domain experience in Trade for Banking.
- Proficient in Technical, Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing.
- Leadership skills to effectively lead and manage test teams.
- Excellent coordination abilities between Business and Development teams.
- Experience in running defect triage calls and managing defect resolution processes.
- Familiarity with delivery models like Agile (Scrum and Kanban).
