Are you a creative and passionate **Mixologist**with a flair for crafting unforgettable libations? OpusGroup is searching for talented individuals to join our team as we prepare for the grand relaunch of the iconic 1939 venue in Singapore We need mixologists who can elevate our beverage program, particularly for our vibrant multi-level bars, including our authentic and nostalgic rooftop.

**In this exciting role, you'll**:

- **Cocktail Creation & Execution**:Design and execute innovative cocktail creations, contributing to our unique and sophisticated beverage menus across different bar concepts.
- **Technique Mastery**:Master classic and contemporary mixology techniques with precision, artistry, and speed.
- **Exceptional Bar Service**:Deliver outstanding bar service, ensuring every guest experience is memorable, engaging, and personalized.
- **Bar Operations & Maintenance**:Maintain an organized, immaculate, and efficient bar area, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This includes prep work, mise en place, and stock management.
- **Product Knowledge**:Possess in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients, confidently guiding guests through beverage selections.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with our F&B team (including other Mixologists and Bartenders) to create a seamless and captivating guest journey across our four-floor concept.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Mixologist in a reputable high-end bar, cocktail lounge, or fine dining establishment.
- Demonstrable creativity and passion for beverage innovation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails, and bartending techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with an engaging and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry supplies as required.
