**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the main office and factory

2. Promote and enforce a safe working environment for all employees by implementing safety guidelines and train employees to follow best practices

3. Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations

4. Managing inventory levels, tracking stock of raw materials, and finished products, replenishing as per required to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations

5. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms on behalf of the company

6. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers as well as selecting and engaging with suitable supplier that offers the best value both in terms of product and cost

7. Manage budgets for various departments within the organization

8. Keep track of costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

9. Generate monthly reports on operational performance, identifying key metrics, and providing insights to management
