概要

海外アドバイザー補助全般を担当して頂くアシスタントを募集しています！

求人内容

①対日投資担当Directorの指示のもとに業務を遂行
②市場調査
③日本とのビジネスに関心がある企業のリストアップ
④日本とのビジネスに関心がある企業へのアポイントメント取得及び面談
⑤シンポジウム、商談会、展示会、招聘等イベント開催にかかる社外（主催者側や現地企業）、社内の連絡調整
⑥日本経済、産業に関するセミナー講演（英語)
⑦Eニュースレター、LINKEDIN、FACEBOOKでの情報収集・発信
⑧部署内データ管理、その他雑務等

①Working under instructions of Director (Invest Japan)
②Market research on Japan and ASEAN
③Listing company which has potential to do business in Japan
④Making appointments and meeting companies that are interested in doing
business in Japan.
⑤Coordination for holding events (seminar, business matching event, exhibition, invitation program )
⑥Presentation about Japanese economy and industry in English
⓻Preparing and sending information for official newsletter, linkedin & facebook
⑧ Data management, miscellaneous duties

応募資格
- 未経験応募可能！

[必須条件]
- 最低限のビジネスマナーがある方
- PCスキル（Excel／Word／PowerPoint, ZOOM/ Teams）
- 一般秘書業務・簡単な資料作成・データ入力の経験

[優遇条件]
- イノベーション（AI、Fintechなど）に関心が高い方

⁻ イベント（セミナー、商談会、展示会等）の開催に関心がある方

⁻ 社交的で明るくコミュニケーション能力があること
- Non experience is welcome to apply.

[Must]
- Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above to liaise with Japanese third parties
- PC skill（Excel／Word／PowerPoint, ZOOM/ Teams）
- Experience in general secretarial work, preparation of simple documents, inputting data, etc.
- Knowledge on business manners

[Advantage]
- Interest in innovation related teconologies & poducts.
- With provious experience of holding events (seminar, business matching event,

exhibition), or marketing
- Someone who likes socializing and networking
