Our client is a Waste Management and Solution Provider. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join their team)

**Job Details**
- Salary range: $2800-$3300 (depends on experience)
- Working Hour: Monday - Thursday (8am-6pm); Friday (8am-5pm)
- Working Location: Tuas (west area)
- Performs total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures as planned.
- Performs inspections required by scheduled TPM or Work Order requests.
- Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks at the facilities in accordance with the SOP.
- Identify and pro-actively respond to maintenance and operation needs.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in performing the maintenance duties.
- Allocate appropriate resources to execute the work order, follow up work order and ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
- Assessing the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM. Tool & instrument inventory/ maintenance.
- Establish and run small workshop activities.
- Identify and pro-actively respond to abnormality.
- Trouble shoot equipment failure and execute TPM work.
- Attend to equipment breakdowns and propose remedial actions and conduct follow up checks.
- Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and involved in the installation and commissioning process.
- Ensure all maintenance activities carried out are following relevant quality and environment policies, safety & environmental rules, and regulations requirements.
- Supervise any external vendors providing maintenance services.
- Support the maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement plant improvement plan.
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
