**About the role**
We are looking for a **Senior Specialist, Global Enterprise Segment GTM** to join our team based in Singapore to continuously evolve our business case development, market insights, balance strategic analysis with operational excellence and execution; to make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses - all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This is a highly visible role with C-level exposure within the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Enterprise leadership team, leveraging data and analysis to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business.
- Use your insights to drive incubation and growth through partnerships, product launches, and M&A.
- Manage the execution of the team's targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, and proposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results.
- Managing the rhythm of the business activities such as story-board presentations, roadshows and demonstrate the muscle of the Global business to stakeholders internally and to potential partners externally.
**About you**
**To be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in**:
- Minimum 5-8 years of Industry/Consulting Experience.
- Proven experience in a role in Consulting or, Operations and Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related field
- Strong commercial acumen and know
- how of the Tech/Services Industry.
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Expert level in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

- You will roll-up your sleeves and work directly with the models/data and ambiguity.
- You will be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
- You will be experienced at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them
- You will have superb communication and story-telling skills
- Active collaborator with senior leadership, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, M&A teams
- Have excellent project-management skills
- Expertise developing business cases, financial analysis and modelling, and familiarity legal agreements.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
