**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and perform minor repairs on lighting and audio-visual equipment.
- Assist with audio-visual needs for events ranging from brief slideshow presentations to large-scale parties with live music and video.
- Operate briefing computers, projectors, and other audio-visual equipment, especially for video teleconferencing services.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of audio-visual systems, including slides, sound mixers, amplifiers, speakers, and playback systems.
- Ensure compliance with configuration management and change management practices.
- Manage all AV/VTC control systems, audio processor software, system drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Oversee public monitors and audio systems outside of conference rooms.
- Support video conference capabilities, operation, and training.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors for successful rollouts of new locations and on-site AV equipment configuration.
- Review and provide feedback on AV designs, drawings, and specifications for upcoming projects.
- Conduct technical training and manage routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with clients for operations reporting and troubleshooting.
- Manage teams of producers and engineers, implementing technical and quality standards.
- Oversee all technical aspects within the facility, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive familiarity with audio-visual systems and functionality.
- Proven experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
