**The Role**:
This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of AR and GL for the assigned MPACT REIT portfolio in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full spectrum of monthly financial and management reporting and financial analysis functions for portfolio of entities.
- Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements and liaise with auditors and tax agent.
- Review of audit schedules and monthly reporting matters.
- GST and income tax submissions.
- Liaising with various stakeholders as well as ensuring compliance with Group Standard Operating Procedures, Delegation of Authority and other procedures.
- Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards, taxation etc.
- Ensure compliance with Group internal controls and policies (including delegation of authority, procurement policy etc.)
- Support any ad-hoc projects and tasks from time-to-time as required.
- To review/ query/ align/ report financials performed by onshore and OSP (out-sourced service providers) finance teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant hands-on AR and GL experience.
- Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
