Healthcare Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
As a Healthcare Consultant, you will participate in key business development and project execution work. You will help the Managing Director in developing proposals for our clients. And you will work alongside the Consulting Director to ensure high quality of our mission delivery.

You will be expected to analyze market landscape, derive insights and structure suitable recommendations as per client project needs. The type of projects you will be working on will be focused on Digital Transformation Strategies, initiatives and Implementations across the healthcare industry from pharma, med-tech and others

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Probably the one thing we can promise is that no two days will be the same But your day might include some of the following
- Investigating a new healthcare category and its last related trends
- Deep dive in healthcare audiences (e.g. doctor, patient, policymaker) across APAC markets using external and internal data sources
- Help develop personas and customer journeys of targeted healthcare audiences
- Designing a business provocation to inspire and tackle key client challenges in the healthcare space
- Working with our healthcare consulting team to support on project execution across the agency partners and with senior clients
- Help mentor junior team members (e.g. interns, analysts)
- Hanging out with one of our Marketing Technology partners to learn about their latest capabilities and see what can fit into the healthcare business building

Qualifications:
You might currently be with a, consultancy, agency, client business, tech company and health-tech startup. What you do now matters less to us than how you think.

You will have a proven track record in
- Strategic analysis
- Market research

You would ideally have:

- Management consulting expertise
- Healthcare industry project experience
- Digital media management familiarity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and Keynote
- ou are one of life’s naturally curious people, you have constantly kept on top of the latest trends in technology and innovation and never stop learning. You like to win new business opportunities based on latest insights and trends happening in the ecosystem
- You are a problem solver. You are brilliant at taking ‘the complicated stuff’ and breaking it down in ways that are easily digestible an understandable for your stakeholders
- You thrive on change. You instigate change and you drive change.
- You are extremely detailed-oriented and have strong analytical skills. You would be good in rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done.
- You enjoy taking ownership of developing client deliverables and presentations with a strong visual aesthetic and strategic rigor. You are comfortable doing this independently or within a team as needed
- People love engaging with you. When you speak they listen, not because you are the loudest person in the room, but because the stories you tell are compelling, authentic and relatable
- You have experience in managing tough client expectations and open to receiving and sharing feedback
