As we expand, we are recruiting new team member to join us as **PRESALES SUPPORT ENGINEER **to be based in our Singapore office.

**Job responsibilities,**
- Plan and manage pre-sales activities including solution identification, architecture, product demonstrations and proof of concept exercises for our storage solutions;
- Deliver product presentations and training for customers and partners to communicate the technical and business benefits of our solutions;
- Engage and lead technical discussions with customers and partners; and
- Have a deep understanding of the technology behind our solutions and our business benefits.
- Diploma/Degree holder in relevant field;
- More than 5 years experience in pre-sales, solution architecture or field service & troubleshooting of storage and data protection equipment;
- Familiarity with Symantec/Legato/CA backup software;
- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, LAN and SAN will be an advantage;
- Good IT and communication skills; and
- Ability to speak Mandarin and familiarity with Linux would be advantageous.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
