Overview:
**Quest SW Sales Account Manager, Singapore/ASEAN (base in Singapore)**
The Software Account Manager is a quota carrying, team oriented and experienced sales executive focused on direct & indirect driving the sale of Quest’s cross business products and solution, and identifying opportunities and leading sales engagements. Our Software Account Managers have an entrepreneurial team spirit, can influence change, and want to leverage the many global resources available at Quest. If you join our team, you will orchestrate the software sales engagement, win competitive opportunities, expand existing customers, collaborate with Quest groups, and guide our customers to invest in Quest’s software solutions.
This is an acquisition account / territory expertise; hunter mentality, proven prospecting skills required;
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately qualify opportunities in terms of business needs, budgets and timeline that will ensure accurate sales forecast
- Focus to generate Singapore business but not limit to ASEAN countries relationship
- Understand the customers’ problem statement and able to communicate this effectively to internal team
- Effectively present the business benefits of the Quest / One Identity Software suite of solutions and show how these translate into business value to the customer; at the customer, remotely or in marketing events
- Act as a solutions expert on all the key components of the Quest solutions and be primary business point of contact with the client during sales process
- Keep abreast of new competitive products or service offerings and be able to move quickly to neutralize potential impact on opportunities
- Work with resellers, SI’s to build pipeline and revenue to drive business against assigned quota
- Maintain proper sales processes and CRM recording of opportunities and clear updates on actions planned, taken and outcome
- Work tactfully and effectively across many different teams within Quest/One Identity to achieve the outcome needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience or 5+ years of selling software products and solutions
- Travel required if territory assign to outside Singapore.
- Experience in field-based positions with consistent over quota achievement
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Security or Microsoft Platforms (Azure, Windows, Active Directory, SharePoint, O365, SCCM, GCC, PAM, Identity solution.. etc.)
- Good and effective working relationship with Global System Integrators and Key local resellers.
- Good opportunity qualification skills, manage and drive opportunities forward
- Resourceful and have a tenacity to overcome objections
- Strong desire to learn the technology and it’s value to customer to be able to articulate a sales pitch independently and effectively.
- Able to hold effective and constructive conversations at CxO level
- Team-worker: Ability to share due credit with co-workers; display enthusiasm and promote an energetic and fun group working environment; works closely with multiple departments as needed; supports group decisions and solicits options/feedback from co-workers
- Business and technical acumen with an ability to navigate organization layers
