- Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and optimize machine learning and AI models
- Design, implement, and manage robust data pipelines
- Build statistical & data science models to uncover insights from data and generate actionable insights
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, beginning with the ideation phase and through to implementation into production, and maintenance once in production
- Communicate key technical insights and opportunities to cross-functional audiences
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent education/work experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in data science and/or relevant experience such as solving quantitative problems in a corporate environment
- Mathematical knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms
- Proficient in Python
- Knowledge in building data pipelines, including automating API calls, ETL, exception handling, data analysis
- Experience working with AWS tools including S3, Athena, and SageMaker
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Preferred: Familiarity with training and implementing machine learning models
