**What you’ll achieve**
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions, building scalable models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems.

- Research and implement AI/ML solutions to solve business problems.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance best practices.

**Essential Requirements**
- 2-3 years in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong experience with SQL for querying, data extraction, and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), modular programming, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Ability to implement and deploy ML models in production environments.
