**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment platform:

- Post job vacancies on various platforms.
- Ensure the platform is updated with current job openings.
- Schedule appointments:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Set reminders:

- Keep track of interview schedules and deadlines.
- Utilize Excel skills:

- Generate reports on recruitment metrics as required.
- Effective communication:
**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
