**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Duties**:

- Deliver quality nursing care and supervise a team of Patient Care Assistants and Health Attendants.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing and IV cannulation.
- Confidently brief patients before radiation therapy procedures, including cannulation, CT simulation, radiation treatment, and post-treatment care.
- Provide timely nursing advice and support to patients and their families.
- Assist radiation oncologists during consultations and perform related nursing tasks.
- Collaborate with the radiotherapy team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies (e.g., emergency trolleys, oxygen tanks, surgical tools, stationery, blankets).
- Coach and mentor enrolled nurses, new staff, and nursing students during clinical activities.
- Ensure proper storage and stock levels of high-alert medications.
- Keep consultation rooms and work areas clean and orderly.
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols (including sharps, biohazards, and general waste).
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance holistic and quality patient care.

**Administrative & Collaborative Duties**:

- Work closely with the department manager, radiation oncologists, and therapists to coordinate patient schedules and inpatient logistics.
- Track and manage patients’ lab and imaging results.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior management.
- Participate in departmental training, quality improvement, and educational activities.
- Always adhere to the professional standards set by the Nursing Board.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized nursing qualification and valid registration.
- Experience in phlebotomy or IV cannulation is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
