_**The Artground is expanding its reach We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a keen interest in the arts and enjoy working with children and/or artists. This is a 1-year contract position for the role of Admin Officer.**_
**Work Location**:Goodman Arts Centre (Mountbatten) and Holland Village
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Administrative Duties**
- Cashier duties
- Procurement of office/art supplies and inventory checking
- Data entry/management
- Material preparation
2.**Operational Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, and conduct check-in process
- Ensure high standards of hygiene through regular sanitisation
- Support preparation for arts learning journeys and weekend arts programmes
- Liaise with external parties
- Assist with ad-hoc duties pertaining to off-site events
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably with experience in the arts or education
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment
- Able to work on weekends and selected public holidays
- Able to travel to both work locations
- Experience with children or arts settings would be an advantage_
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
