**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the Company group’s cash which includes cash positioning, cash forecasting and cash variance analysis.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders in anticipating funding needs as well as providing support in liaising with financial institutions and intercompany loans.
- Assist in corporate treasury function such as preparing group working capital reports and liaise with sites’ finance and operations to optimize working capital position.
- Work with business units to identify foreign currency exposure and improve FX forecasts accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze economic and market information to determine potential impacts on foreign currency and recommend appropriate hedging strategies related to the foreign exchange risk management to the Treasury Manager.
- Develop and execute effective risk management strategies using financial hedge instruments including spot and forwards.
- Prepare analysis reports on FX hedging activities, such as forecast variance reports, sensitivity reports, gain & loss variance analysis.
- Support investment process which includes preparation of investment materials for existing and potential investments.
- Keep up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the Company’s operations.
- Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts, bank facilities set up and handling of bank compliance documents.
- Support on any adhoc projects as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
- Strong background in financial statement analysis, valuation, accounting and business strategy analysis. Sound knowledge of making investment will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving/analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to present analysis and recommendations to Management in a clear & concise format
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A hands-on person, meticulous, resourceful, positive and energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
