**Job Description:
- To perform Middle Office investment reporting and compile materials needed for presentation and/or decision-making purposes, including the quarterly Investment Committee & Board materials and monthly investment analysis reports for Management and Head Office.
- To compute investment returns calculations of different portfolios and ensure all investment transactions are accurately recorded.
- To develop investment models and maintain real-time analytical tools to track performances and key market indicators.
- To support investment compliance and risk management which includes monitoring investment movements, limits and exposures with reference to local regulations and company’s guidelines.
- To take charge of property management, liaise with property agent for sale and rent, which includes ongoing maintenance activities.
- To support investment management and major tasks so as to meet investment target set by the Management.
- Effectively manage the communications with the fund managers, banks and other stakeholders.
- To analyse and be familiar with changes in accounting standards and MAS regulations.
- To streamline and automate manual work processes.
- Any other jobs assigned by the Company / HOD.

**Requirements:
- Degree holder or higher level, with academic background in investment, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or similar discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in related work such as portfolio management & data analytics.
- Strong data analytical skills, knowledge and experience with database and programming will be desirable.
- Technical understanding and experience in handling sophisticated market instruments (e.g. derivatives).
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks).
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and/or independently handle issues.
- Meticulous in work and have an eye for details.
