- Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including the incorporation of companies, registration of branches andrepresentative offices and striking-off of companies.
- Preparation of directors' resolutions and minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders.
- Perform lodgement of returns and statutory information with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority within the prescribeddeadlines.
- Assist in the conversion of XBRL.
- Handle client acceptance and Customer Due Diligence.
- Establish and maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Attend to clients' inquiries and requests and liaise with clients on corporate secretarial matters.
- Assist in timely billing and collection.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks from time to time.
