**KINGSCOM Creative and Design Manager**

Want to be part of pioneering a new integrated media agency, KINGSCOM? This role will be to lead the Creative and Design for a new integrated media agency in Singapore, servicing clients around the APAC region. KINGSCOM has a vision to become the ‘go-to’ integrated media agency for all client’s requirements from media strategy, planning, buying to content creation, design and influencer marketing. We are a new business, supported by a large organisation and investment and you will play an integral role in managing all things ‘Content Creation’ for the first clients and campaigns for the agency. **Creative and Design Executive Role Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for an individual who has experience in all things ‘Content Creation’ and Design. A lot of our clients will need global assets localised or created from scratch which will include design, video, copy and photography. We are looking for an individual who has this training and experience, but someone who wants to develop within their role.
- Graphic Design and a talent for creating effective ads will come as second nature
- Must be proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- Must be able to do Website Design and Development
- Must possess strong communication and time management skills - partnering with the larger team to deliver assets on time for client campaigns
- Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials for both print and web related marketing material staying in line with client’s brand look and feel and visual identity
- Passionate about web design and digital technology (Basic understanding of HTML & CSS)
- Love for animation is a plus (GIFs, After Effects, Edge Animate, UX Pin etc.)
- May not be professionally trained but has experience in Copywriting, Production, Videography and Photography
- Able to manage the hire of freelancers if we need to outsource specialist Video / Production work
- Able to articulate and present concepts to clients in a confident manner, and value-add with feasible visual solutions where necessary

**Work Hours & Benefits**

You will be based in our brand-new office in the centre of Singapore’s vibrant CBD district. You will need to be open to travel to client meetings and pitches - within and outside of Singapore. **Skills / Qualifications Requirements**:

- Degree in graphic design or similar and/or equivalent work experience
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a digital designer in agency or in-house
- High competency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign for desktop publishing
- Ability to create strong design concepts
- (good to have) Skilled in video editing / photography and videography
- (good to have) Knowledge of photo editing in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Excited by growing a business from the ground up and up for the challenge
