Identify and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility
- Interact with senior management and project team at a client and/or within “Company” on matters where they may need gain acceptance on an alternative method
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Capture business requirements and creating functional and configuration documents
- Architect supply chain planning workflow configurations for Manufacturing, Procurement and Distribution processes
- Those with senior roles, have to lead and manage the project team.
- Implement and configure APS solutions especially **Manufacturing Planner, Production Scheduler and/or Synchronized Requirements Planner **.
- Understand and be involved in the integration workflow requirements.

**Desired Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of similar project implementation experience of **Manufacturing Planner, Production Scheduler and/or Synchronized Requirements Planner **in the Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution-centric industry like CPG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, High Tech and Retail etc.
- For those without implementation experience, his/her planning experience as a production planner or production planning manager/director and involved in such projects as a key user or user will be considered and minimum relevant planner working experience of 5 years or more.

**Desired Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field
- Understands Advanced Planning & Scheduling business domain well
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Good working and team work attitude, willing to work and learn hard and enjoy working and have fun as a consultant
- Able to read and write English and strong communication abilities
- Basic IT knowledge and like working on IT solutions
- Functional knowledge and implementation skills needed for **Manufacturing Planner, Production Scheduler and/or Synchronized Requirements Planner solutions **.
- Willingness to travel
