Singapore CP FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Primary Function**:

- Responsible for the full supply and demand workflow of Singapore market.
- Effectively plan and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring optimal stock levels, and efficient order planning.
- Analyzing sales trends and product demand with sales team to enhance accuracy and optimize inventory management.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs, reduce stockouts, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory turns, fill rates, and lead times, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy by refining demand planning models, incorporating market insights, and evaluating historical data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply-related issues.

**Other responsibilities**
- Place Purchase Orders, perform inventory receiving, issue transactions and invoicing in S4 Hana.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing shipments.
- SKUs master maintenance.
- Manage quarantined material and quality related return shipments (reverse logistics)
- Filing and archiving of all documents including shipping, stock transfer forms, delivery orders and invoices.
- Coordinate timely and cost-effective shipment processing with suppliers, planners, purchasing and transportation service providers.
- Coordinate regular Service Business Review with Transporter and Distributor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
- Great attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity & in a fast-paced environment.
