Singapore GOODPACK IBC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Goodpack is looking for a **Demand Supply Planner **to join our Singapore-based regional team. All individuals with suitable expertise and a desire to grow with the company are invited to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop demand plan through various sources i.e. sales and customer’s demand forecast, past trend
- Review weekly supply for all SEA region
- Provide analysis on demand and supply of SEA Region
- Work closely with Operations team to review daily depot throughput to manage on time delivery to customers
- Managing of inbound shipments to the region
- Updating of ETA dates for all inbound shipments
- Tracking additional costing incurred for repositioning
- Inventory reconciliation to ensure stockcards and system matches
- Coordinate physical inventory count if necessary
- Liaise with Liners on to ensure bookings for transhipments
- Preparation of monthly reports with regards to Demand & Supply Position and On Time Delivery Performance
- Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements to ensure "Best Practices".

**Requirement**:

- Background in supply chain management, including planning, network/operations management, logistics service providers management, process and systems improvement.
- Knowledge of 3PL/4PL service providers (including shipping and trucking)
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Familiar with VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with different levels of people.
- Strong initiatives for cost improvement - vendor services, turnaround time, fulfilment, trade lanes optimization etc
- Diploma / Degree with supply chain, logistics experience or similar field
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
