**Operations Executive (Flexi)**
**Start date**: Immediate

Think Tank Studio is looking for an Operations Executive (Flexi) to oversee the order and distribution process for our in-house publications, Broader Perspectives, REP and Present Perfect.

**Objective**- Execute operationally excellent processes
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and teams

**Core responsibilities**
1. MAINTAIN customer database
- Report on identified customers’ needs and provide feedback to the company on ways to improve processes or products
- Manage our company’s e-commerce sites
- Attend relevant meetings, events, and training whenever necessary and work closely with the relevant teams

2. MANAGE company’s physical assets and inventory
- Oversee the distribution and post-sales follow-through of our products through both offline and online avenues and manage inventory
- Liaise with various stakeholders to prepare documentation of sales and delivery
- Provide great and effective service for our customers by upholding company values and standards in operations
- Support the team to operationalize programmes, services, projects and events by overseeing and executing the logístical plans
- Compile customer details and manage sales report
- Attend relevant meetings, events and training whenever necessary
- Work closely under the dictates of the Company Managers and Directors and handle any other Company-related matters as may arise or be assigned
- Handle any other Company-related matters as may arise or assigned by the Directors

**General**:

- You must have an ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively or otherwise have the willingness to learn.

**Team Structure**:The Operations Executive will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager (Business Ops) as part of the Business Operations unit
