About the Team
Corporate Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate with China HRIS team to ensure the implementation and operation of Workday system globally;
- Coordinate with HR teams, deep dive into requirements to clarify and analyze, evaluate customer needs;
- Design and implement custom business processes, reports based on requirements and Workday system capability, and delivery of projects within their domain;
- Resolve all queries and ensure accuracy in the same. Prepare all business documents and provide upgrades if required. Monitor HRIS systems and maintain the integrity of all data;
- Conduct knowledge sharing/transfer sessions with HRIS colleagues, customers, partners and HR service center employees.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Advantageous to have 2-5 years working experience of HRIS or HR generalist, project management experience is preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience configuring Workday;
- Good intercultural skills and communication skills. Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional and global teams;
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities;
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English to support the APAC market; fluent in Mandarin is preferred since this role will speak with and write reports to stakeholders based in China due to coverage of the China Market.
