Manage end-to-end data warehouse related projects and provide necessary support to the business analyst team in gathering and evaluation of business requirements
- Be the bridge between business analyst team, data and IT specialists, work collaboratively to deliver solutions. Work with the respective terminal BU’s data & IT development team to ensure they understand the BU’s business specifications and its implementation to enrich the Regional data warehouse.
- Involves in building data pipeline to support data warehouse, dashboards and reports
- Involves in building dashboards and data models using data visualisation tools and other platform products, identify issues, give recommendations and create automated reports and help resolve data quality problems
- Maintain global systems and processes and data management including data quality of master data requirements, identify areas of improvement
- Be a steward of good data governance and data protection processes, procedure and practices including setting up robust documentation, versioning, processes and knowledge sharing
- Support any ad-hoc data requests or projects
- Support the Regional Datawarehouse setup in the Azure cloud
- Provide relevant insights and recommendations with statistical support/validity on analysis
- Provide assistance in the design and delivery of automated, scalable analytical models to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Global Program, and Training teams; and Capacity Planning and Quality teams
- Provide leadership and develop the team of business analysts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
