Roles & Responsibilities

Finance:

- Manage all finance activities, including operational accounting duties such as preparation of journals, preparation of invoice issuance and monitoring of debtor and creditor payments
- Responsible for annual statutory financial reporting and regular MAS reporting, which involves working closely with the CEO and other team leaders to meet regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and other statutory bodies and regulatory authorities
- Work closely with trust administration on the preparation of client trust accounts

Compliance:

- Perform compliance reviews and assessments, including conducting due diligence on prospective and existing clients
- Implement and update applicable AML policies and procedures
- Compile responses to regulatory inquiries, reports and surveys
- Handle other compliance duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in audit/compliance/controls in the financial services industry (in-house compliance experience in a trust services business with be highly advantageous)
- Prior working knowledge in IFRS/SFRS
- Sound knowledge of local regulatory framework and MAS regulations in Singapore
- Diploma/degree holder in law, accounting, business administration or related discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsible and has strong attention to detail
