**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing computer hardware systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for new computer hardware systems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Design and develop computer hardware systems that meet the organization's requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Test and evaluate hardware components to ensure compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts for new computer hardware systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving hardware-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in computer hardware, providing recommendations for hardware upgrades or replacements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute hardware installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on proper hardware usage and troubleshooting.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture and systems analysis.
- Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and implementing computer hardware systems.
- Familiarity with hardware testing and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve hardware issues.
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute hardware-related projects.
- Knowledge of hardware components, such as processors, memory, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Proficiency in conducting hardware performance analysis and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting hardware configurations and procedures.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Hardware Analyst or in a similar role.
- Certification in hardware analysis or systems architecture is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard hardware technologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with computer systems security and data protection principles.
- Proficiency in hardware and software inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
