- Our Singapore center (“ISAP” or “Information Systems Asia Pacific”) is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office) for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

- Envisioning and preparing the Bank’s futures information systems
- Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large scale development projects- This unique positioning empowers us to bring our core banking business a sustainable competitive advantage on the market.
- Within ISAP, the IT Production department (ITS) is in charge of IT Operations (RUN) for Credit Agricole CIB IT infrastructure in Paris, which is the main IT hub, and to a lower extent other geographies such as London and Singapore.
- These activities cover the following technologies:

- Core Infrastructure: Network, Security, Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Cloud), Storage and Backup
- Middleware: Database (Oracle, SQL, Sybase), Big Data and production tools (Control-M, MQSeries, CFT, Sharepoint, etc)
- Workplace: User Access Infrastructure (Citrix, VDI, etc) and Unified Communication systems
- Applications technical support:Capital Market, Corporate Banking, Risk and Finance
- Build activities, such as architecture, design & project management, are managed by ITS Paris.

As an experienced Change Officer, you will be in charge to define and lead the change management stratergy for IT Production Services, and will be part of the Project management services team.- The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.-

Bachelor and above in relevant discipline
- **Main responsibilities**
- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Lead the marketing for Digital Transformation and Digital Workplace Projects
- Generate ideas for advertising internal content.
- Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully published to all employees
- Develop content and designing visuals for internal collaboration]
- Support planning and execution of ITS all hands meetings including executive presentations
- Promote and celebrate news, achievements and successes through leadership
- Collaborate with project team and publish the articles for workplace Tools
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Conduct meetings with ITS senior management for the brainstorming sessions, concept of videos, brochures, promotional items
- Creating On-boarding templates and employee success stories

**Qualifications and Key Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as change officer
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively to contribute to team efforts
Capablility to producie high quality PowerPoints dcouments in terms of design and content
- Creativity and passion for web technologies
- Very good proficiency in creative tools (Photoshop etc), and content management softwares
Strong experience in using Canva or Piktochart is must
- Strong leadership with emphasis on collaboration, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
