The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan’s leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and scheduling CAB meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials to CAB members in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the submission, logging, and tracking of change requests within the change management system.
- Support the Change Manager by ensuring all change requests have appropriate information and documentation, i.e. UAT signoffs, impact assessments, and risk analysis etc
- Maintain records of CAB decisions, change approvals, and change schedules.
- Help enforce change management policies and procedures to maintain compliance and reduce risk.
- Assist with generating reports and metrics related to change management activities and CAB performance.
- Provide general administrative support to the Change Management team as needed.

**Experience**
- Experience in IT service management, change management, or project coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with change management tools/software.
