With climate change & sustainability evolving so rapidly, Zurich Commercial Insurance is searching for interested individual who wants to pursue a career as Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist to further strengthen Zurich’s capability this area and provide advisory services to grow our businesses. _The Management Associate role is a developmental program designed to groom talented individuals for leadership positions within an organization. As a Management Associate, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes rotations across various departments and functions within the company.

**What you will do**
- The role will be part of our global Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) advisory unit delivering a board spectrum of climate risk and mitigation services to our customers and business partners. This opportunity offers great career potential and covers the Asia Region. _

**What you will bring**
- _With 1-2 years e_xperience in climate resilience and sustainability risk management. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Able to understand the role of climate data in assessing risk and exposure to physical climate hazards and assessing transition risks toward a low-carbon economy
- Experience of project management
- Understanding of ESG strategies
- Knowledge of climate change risks and opportunities as related to investor expectations, ESG reports and other voluntary commitments
- Understanding of risk management processes and how they need to evolve to incorporate climate change risk and resilience
- Knowledge of carbon reduction frameworks and standards

**Educational / Professional Qualifications**
- Relevant financial services and/or management consulting experience
- University Degree with a relevant business, finance, environmental studies, sustainability, or other equivalent disciplines
- Must have a strong and passionate interest in sustainability-related disciplines

**Personal Attributes**
- Experience in structuring, planning, and managing small projects or workstreams effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss complex ideas, present innovative approaches to implementing project deliverables, and present in a coherent manner
- Ability to analyse data to evaluate solutions with alternatives, and support recommendations
