The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the management of store, ensuring that store KPIs are met and day to day activities are effectively carried out.

**What awaits you**:

- Takes ownership and accountability for store’s sales profit and wage budgets and adherence to other cost budgets
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are in accordance with Company guidelines
- Disseminating information pertaining to product updates on the Weekly Bulletin and to staff concerned
- Minimize stocks shrinkage and planning of routine stocktaking exercises
- Proper control of in store cash flow, invoices, purchase orders and till operating procedure
- Assist in the compilation of the daily and weekly sales reports as and when required
- To assist the Store Managers in the control of all standards relating to the store running and enforce strict confidentiality in respect of all company matters.
- Provide appropriate coaching & support to the store team and motivate staff to achieve individual / store targets
- Ensure the store staff are dressed, groomed and presented according to Company standards
- To assist the Store Managers in the execution of any assigned duties and responsibilities

**We are excited if you have**:

- Diploma/GCE “A”/”O” levels with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a management role
- Excellent leadership qualities, good organizational and people management skills, with high level of drive and integrity
- Confident, energetic, resourceful and self-motivated with a willingness to work alongside with rest of the staff especially on the sales floor
- Able to lead and manage well in a dynamic and multi-task oriented retail environment
- Passionate for the retail business and the people
- Possess good basic written and communication skills
- Digitally inclined
