Executive, Quality Assurance
** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System in accordance with BRCGS standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct investigations on feedbacks and complaints from customers and ensure Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPA) completion to resolve food safety or quality issues.
- Provide food safety-related trainings for the staff.
- Conduct and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Promote "Food Safety" culture within the company.
- Support regulatory inspections and updating of status on Infolog WMS.
- Other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Food Tech, Science, or any related studies.
- Preferably with certification or relevant training in BRCGS/ HACCP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 22301 /HALAL standards.
- Experience in conducting audits, with prior experience in food safety audits being an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
